Job Description Job Description Job Title: Automotive Accounting Clerk Location: West Palm Beach, FL Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Work Environment: 100% Onsite Salary: $20-$27 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience) Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our clients team in West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive accounting and proficiency with CDK software. This position is temp-to-hire and requires full-time onsite work. Key Responsibilities: Perform daily accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies. Process invoices and payments accurately and timely. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. Utilize CDK software for various accounting functions. Provide support for audits and financial reporting. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Automotive Accounting Clerk or similar role. Proficiency in CDK software is required. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. High level of integrity and professionalism. Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred. Benefits: Competitive hourly wage ($20-$27 DOE).
