WFHC is committed to delivering compassionate, quality care to all WFHC Vero Beach Behavioral Health Therapist Opening: WFHC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate licensed clinician to join our team as a Behavioral Health Therapist in our Vero Beach location. As a vital member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients through the provision of high-quality outpatient mental health counseling and therapeutic services. Position Title: Behavioral Health Therapist Agency: Whole Family Health Center Department: Behavioral Health FSLA Status: Exempt/Salaried Work Location: Vero Beach Work Setting: In-person Supervisor: Director of Clinical Operations, Behavioral Health Responsibilities: Provide therapeutic services, in accordance with best practices, to referred client’s seeking counseling for a wide range of emotional and behavioral health concerns. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Qualifications: Current State of Florida licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LCSW, or equivalent). Master’s degree in counseling or related field. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based therapies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassion and dedication to improving the mental health of our community. Our Behavioral Health department serves clients ages 6 and older. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary with range of $64,500 – 70,000 per year (initial salary based on qualifications and experience). Employment Requirements: Level 2 background clearance. Proof of immunizations for (1) Tdap, (2) MMR’s, HEP B vaccination, and either a history of chicken pox (varicella) or documentation of the varicella vaccine. A PPD Test is done once upon hire.
