The ideal candidate will have a fun and outgoing personality with strong leadership skills. Both part and full-time positions available depending on availability. Set Schedule. Position receives both cash and card tips. Afternoon/evening shifts only. Weekend availability is a must. Employee discounts on food and drinks. No grease or fryers. SHIFT LEAD FUNCTIONS Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer. Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards. Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food. Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations. Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms and other areas in the café. Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer. Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand. Oversees all crew members and daily check lists. POS responsibilities with some banking.
