Operations, Marketing & Reservations Coordinator - Short-Term Rentals

Our dynamic short-term rental management company and watersports, ferry, and charter operation is seeking an Operations, Marketing & Reservations Coordinator to streamline daily operations, assist guests with bookings, and drive business growth through strategic marketing. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Guest Experience ✅ Administrative & Reporting: Manage reports, organize files, handle tax filings, and oversee check-ins/check-outs. ✅ Guest Concierge Services: Assist future guests with bookings, respond to inquiries, and ensure top-tier customer service. ✅ Property Walkthroughs: Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards. ✅ Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell corporate and private charters, onboard new clients, and expand our customer base. ✅ Real Estate Support: Build and manage backend real estate listings for rentals and sales. ✅ Employee Onboarding: Support new hires with training and integration into operations. Marketing & Social Media ✅ Social Media Management: Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). ✅ Creative Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and increase bookings. ✅ Content Creation: Capture and edit photos/videos to highlight our rentals, watersports, and charter experiences. ✅ Advertising & Promotions: Assist with targeted promotions, partnerships, and digital ad strategies. Reservations & Booking Management ✅ Reservationist Duties: Manage and process bookings for both short-term rentals and charter/watersport activities. ✅ Booking Coordination: Ensure smooth scheduling of ferry rides, charters, and guest accommodations. ✅ Customer Communication: Confirm reservations, provide detailed information to guests, and handle any booking modifications or special requests.
