Job Description Job Description Minimum 1 years occupational therapy experience required. ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, onsite position in Parksley, VA , for the 2025-2026 school year . In this role, you will have the opportunity to supervise two Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) , perform evaluations, and develop care plans to support a small caseload of students. This position allows you to make a meaningful impact on students' lives within a collaborative school environment. Job Overview: Position Type : Full-time, 37.5 hours/week Start/End Dates : 2025-2026 school year Caseload : Approximately 20-25 students Locations : 11 schools in the district (evaluation across all schools, but regular service in a few) VA Licensure/Credentials required Key Responsibilities: Supervise two COTAs currently on staff, providing mentorship and guidance. Conduct evaluations and write comprehensive reports to assess student needs. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students. Oversee Medicaid billing to ensure compliance with service requirements. Manage a caseload of 20-25 students , providing occupational therapy services tailored to their needs.
