ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, onsite position in Parksley, VA , for the 2025-2026 school year . In this role, you will oversee two Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and manage a small caseload of students. Job Overview: Position Type : Full-time, 37.5 hours/week Start/End Dates : 2025-2026 school year Caseload : Small caseload of 20-25 students Locations : 11 schools in the district (will evaluate students across all schools, but serve a few schools regularly) VA Licensure/Credentials required Key Responsibilities: Supervise two COTAs who are already on staff. Conduct evaluations and write detailed reports for students. Develop and implement individualized plans of care for students. Oversee Medicaid billing for services provided. Manage a caseload of approximately 20-25 students , providing therapy services to meet their needs.
