Se busca canguro para cuidado de niños en Barcelona

We are from Australia, we have an 11 month old daughter and my wife just gave birth to our second baby a few days ago, so we have 2 babies under 1 at the moment. We are looking for someone calm & creative on a regular basis who can come in for a few hours per day to help with childcare and basic cleaning (eg simple cooking for our daughter, washing dishes, tidying, vacuuming etc). We are looking for someone who can interact with the kids without screens while doing creative play, reading, music and sport activities. We also have a no phone policy around the kids which we need someone to commit to. This is a non negotiable. We also would prefer non smokers. A few other things we would like to mention beforehand. no perfume no lifting children by the arms no kissing no photos of the kids If you feel you can work to this standard, then we would love to hear from you.
