Job Requirements The Spring House Hotel Rome Vatican, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is recruiting a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Agent to join our team. As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for handling front office daily operations, including check in/check out reservations, providing excellent customer service, and assisting guests with any needs or inquiries. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess a strong understanding of brand standards. Key Responsibilities: Greet and check in guests in a friendly and efficient manner Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally Process reservations and manage room assignments Ensure accuracy of guest information and payment details Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Fluent in Italian and English languages Cooperate and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience Adhere to brand standards and policies at all times Handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner Assist with other front office duties as needed Qualifications: Previous experience of two years as a Front Office Agent Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Knowledge of reservation systems and hotel operations Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Team player with a positive attitude Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays If you are a dedicated and experienced Front Office Agent looking to join a reputable and growing company, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at our Hotel.
