You will align business strategy with technology solutions to drive growth and efficiency. Job Responsibilities Define the framework and boundaries for technical solutions, including tools and platforms based on TDB and strategy (including SaaS) Provide a clear vision for platform requirements regarding quality, security, cost, and viability Maintain architecture documentation and catalogs, ensuring accuracy Define high-level tech strategy, vision, and roadmap (6, 12, 18 months), integrating with domain strategies Drive architectural initiatives through enabler epics in product roadmaps and participate in analysis Maintain an enterprise-level architecture risk and opportunities log Document tech strategy with high-level domain targets Engage with the business community on program discoveries Act as SME for cross-business process implementations over platforms Participate in high-level design reviews for cross-product initiatives, ensuring platform integrity and impact analysis Support the Product Community to ensure delivery outcomes Stay informed of changes outside delivery teams without hierarchical control over Solution Architects Ensure architecture documentation is updated with delivery changes Maintain platform integrity in all delivery outcomes Create a collaborative Architecture Community, fostering innovative ideas and technologies Advocate frameworks, values, and vision organization-wide and represent HB at tech events Enhance current architecture frameworks, especially for our Java and Angular-based platforms You will have the opportunity to work during a significant transformation to become a leading global travel services provider.
