Process and review all customer requests accurately and efficiently. • Field E-mails from other departments and 3rd party vendors looking for assistance with creating reservations. • Must be able to adhere to AAA Diamond call standard requirements on all calls and pass any test calls for properties to maintain status. • Able to utilize effective listening skills to create a personalized experience for the guest. • Manage, coordinate and verify existing rates according to different strategies and channels. • The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing. Your profile: • Bachelor's degree in tourism, administration or similar. • Experience as a customer service agent or reservations. • English skills (written and verbal) required. • Organized, service attitude, Excellent communications skills. • Good handling of Microsoft Office packages.
