Key Responsibilities Develop strategies to secure and maintain preferred hotel status for government accounts. Strengthen relationships with key Chinese government agencies, embassy officials, and stakeholders to increase business from high-level delegation visits. Optimize revenue contributions from government-related accounts. Drive leads for transient and group segments to meet sales goals for Singapore hotels. Execute sales action plans related to specific markets and account portfolios. Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and pursue new business opportunities. Core Competencies Business analytics Communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Demand generation Budgeting Ability to set and master goals for self & team Technology Understanding of Revenue Optimization Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken) is required.
