Get to Know our Team: Agoda is a travel booking platform with accommodation at its core. Our Market Management team of Agoda’s Partner Services specializes in strategic account management, serving as consultants to help our partners excel on Agoda’s platform. We operate globally, with footprints in over 50 locations, and focus on building long-term relationships that create value for Agoda, our partners, and our customers. The Opportunity: As Singapore/Malaysia Associate Director, your main objectives will be to develop and execute Agoda’s Singapore strategy, provide leadership for account management of major partners, and achieve growth targets aligned with our business goals. You will need excellent analytical skills, strong account and client management experience, a proven performance record, and the ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop teams. Building and maintaining long-term partnerships will be key to your success in this role. We welcome both local and international applications for this role. Full visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are available for eligible candidates. This position is based in Singapore. In this Role, you’ll get to: Develop and implement the market strategy to accelerate Agoda’s business in Singapore, Malaysia, and regional partners across SEA Lead, coach, and develop a multifunctional team responsible for growing our local business Implement strategies with top and regional partners to enhance productivity and maintain a competitive advantage Deliver on country commercial and profitability targets Coordinate with top management on strategic planning and developing holistic partnerships Conduct market research into industry and Singapore market trends to ensure competitiveness Participate in relevant industry events What you’ll Need to Succeed: More than 12 years of professional experience Proven success in leading, coaching, and developing teams Relevant account management, business development, or general management experience Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail Effective communication skills for proposals to partners and stakeholders Strategic thinking; management consulting experience is highly valued Experience in online/e-commerce business preferred MBA from a well-known institution preferred At Agoda, we are committed to diversity and inclusion, providing equal employment opportunities regardless of background or identity.
