Job Responsibilities Work closely with stakeholders across Marina Bay Sands, overseeing Brand Signature Events and Special Events with Third Party Partnerships. Act as a unifying force across the organization, collaborating with brand, comms & content teams to translate plans into effective, authentic branded communications & experiences. Cultivate positive relationships with the Experiences cluster and business units, understanding their mandates and philosophies in curating exhibitions, programs, and events. Develop integrated marketing campaigns with internal departments such as Brand & Advertising, eCommerce, Social Media, and Communications targeting key audiences. Possess a strong blend of project management skills and media landscape understanding; be a strategic, collaborative, and people-oriented marketer. Support, mentor, and develop team members to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies and personal growth. Manage media budgets with media agencies, optimize campaign performance, and ensure media ROI. Envision and create opportunities to maximize the cultural impact of the brand through strategic initiatives. Ensure all ideas and campaigns align with brand and business goals, maintaining consistency and quality. Establish effective processes and relationships across teams to facilitate efficient delivery. Shape business and marketing strategies, ensuring tactical executions are executed with finesse. Represent the team confidently to senior stakeholders, consulting with leaders and advocating for the brand. Maintain internal advocacy for the business, keeping agencies and teams aligned and motivated. Build meaningful relationships across departments to create a cohesive customer experience. Actively develop skills and capabilities of junior team members. Challenge the status quo and seek innovative approaches for brand strategies. Proactively generate new product and experience ideas to drive visitation and revenue. Ensure compliance with SOPs, budgets, and approval processes. Maintain a strong marketing influence in decision-making processes. Oversee communication materials and manage marketing budgets and forecasts to align expenditures with business objectives. Integrate sustainability initiatives into marketing activities where appropriate. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Tourism, or related field; Master’s/MBA preferred. Minimum 10 years of marketing experience. Demonstrated leadership in team building, change management, and customer service within a matrix environment. Experience in diverse markets and industries such as events, hospitality, or tourism is desirable. Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills. Quantitative and analytical skills to measure marketing performance. Ability to translate subjective marketing topics into actionable strategies. Professional maturity with the ability to build consensus across functions. Excellent interpersonal skills for clear communication with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to lead and work effectively in a team, synthesizing ideas into concrete marketing actions. Enthusiastic about collaboration and communication in a distributed environment. Deep curiosity about understanding how things and people work, with a focus on cultural, future, and people links. Meticulous attention to brand execution and operational delivery. Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems, and align with long-term brand vision. Solution-oriented mindset with a team success focus. Generous and open communication style.
