Today, the Group owns, operates and manages 100 hotels under our family of four brands: Shangri-La, Kerry Hotels, JEN by Shangri-La, and Traders. We are now seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Technology team in Singapore. You will meet with internal users to understand their business challenges and help them achieve their organizational goals. As an expert in Real Estate and Hospitality applications, you will develop and execute a plan for implementing the project while providing high-quality business and technical support. You need to possess a strong project management background and strong written and oral communication skills. As a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, Enterprise Applications, we will rely on you to: Manage the development and maintenance of in-house systems, including the Shopping Mall Loyalty System and Commercial Leasing System. Analyse user requirements and design solutions for the development and enhancement of systems. Create and manage project timelines, ensuring proper configuration, testing, and implementation of solutions. Collaborate with project teams and external vendors to deliver projects efficiently. Ensure the final deliverables align with stated requirements and assist with production deployment. Document project details comprehensively and develop optimal solutions. Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality to better meet business needs. Develop and manage business processes. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide user training. Perform code reviews and develop test cases and scripts for quality assurance. Collaborate with developers (internal and external) and code as needed. We are looking for someone who has: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a relevant discipline. Experience in managing Real Estate and Hospitality systems, with knowledge in key areas of Mall Loyalty Programme, Lease management, Space management, and interface with other systems. 5 years of Business Analysis experience. 3 years of hands-on design and development experience in DotNet, Microsoft SQL Server, managing mobile application development (Native & Hybrid), and applications in Cloud Platforms (AWS & Azure). Experience in designing workflow, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, dashboards, and email generation. Experience in Salesforce Lightening design and development, and Microsoft technologies – PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI is a plus. Excellent interpersonal, decision-making skills, and multi-tasking abilities, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
