Over the next six months, we are embarking on an exciting journey to elevate our brand, service, and menu to target a clientele that values exceptional quality and a refined yet approachable atmosphere. The Role: We are looking for an experienced, ambitious Senior Front-of-House (FOH) team member who is eager to grow with us. We’re seeking someone who has a genuine love for creating memorable guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service as a senior FOH staff member, contributing to a fine-casual dining experience Educate guests on wine pairings and oversee wine service, contributing to an elevated experience Support, mentor, and collaborate with junior team members to maintain high standards of service Work closely with management on initiatives to enhance guest experience, including menu refinement, wine selections, and service protocols Why Work with Us? What We’re Looking For: Career-Driven Professional: Someone who is excited about hospitality and committed to their own growth in the industry. FOH Experience : Previous experience in a senior FOH position, ideally within a high-quality or fine dining environment. Sommelier Training (WSET Level 2 ideally): Strong wine knowledge is essential to help us refine and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
