Maintenance Operative – Kensington Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, five days per week (weekend duty rotation) Join a team that keeps everything running smoothly! We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Operative to play a key role in ensuring a high standard of service for residents at a luxury residential building. Reporting to the General Manager, this hands-on role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, contractor oversight, and occasional desk-based tasks.
