We're Hiring: Office-Based Sales Executive – VIP Sport & Music Hospitality Glasgow (On-site) | Full-Time Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm ☕ Late Start Mondays (11am) & Early Finish Fridays (3pm) £24K Basic Uncapped Commission OTE: Year 1: £50K | Year 2: £75K | Year 3: £100K Headline Events Ltd is one of the UK’s leading VIP hospitality companies, offering premium access to the world’s biggest sport and music events . We’re looking for a driven, confident, and ambitious Sales Executive to join our Glasgow HQ. What You’ll Be Doing Selling high-end VIP hospitality packages (B2B & B2C) Prospecting, pitching, and closing deals via phone/email Managing client relationships and driving repeat business Hitting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets Representing Headline Events Ltd at major UK & international events ✅ What We’re Looking For Previous sales experience (phone-based ideal) A true self-starter – motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented Strong understanding of sporting events & live entertainment Confident communicator and resilient closer Hungry to earn, grow, and lead What You’ll Get £24K base uncapped commission OTE: £50K in Year 1 Career progression into leadership roles Incentives : daily, weekly & monthly bonuses Overseas trips & access to major global events Late Start Mondays & Early Finish Fridays Training, mobile, laptop , and full support from a high-performance team Ready to Apply?
