We’re looking for a polished and proactive Night Concierge to become the overnight face of a stunning boutique development in Notting Hill — home to just a handful of luxury residences. This is more than just a security role — it’s about delivering an exceptional resident experience, ensuring a safe, seamless, and welcoming environment all night long. ✨ What You’ll Be Doing: Welcoming residents and guests with warmth and professionalism Monitoring CCTV, access control, and fire safety systems Conducting regular security patrols Managing post, deliveries, and key handling Handling resident queries and emergencies Keeping communal spaces clean and presentable Logging incidents and providing detailed handovers to the day team What We’re Looking For: Experience as a Night Concierge or in residential/hospitality front-of-house Excellent communication and professional presentation Confident working independently and under pressure Proactive, reliable, and highly attentive to detail Knowledge of building security procedures Experience within luxury residential or premium hospitality settings is a bonus!
