We’re looking for an experienced Building Manager to take charge of a landmark residential development in Manchester. With premium facilities and a growing resident community, this is your chance to create something truly special. Why You’ll Love This Role: Monday–Friday hours (8am–5pm) Beautiful site with 400 high-spec units across 3 buildings Spa and leisure facilities (managed by external provider) Strong on-site team of Concierges and Cleaners to lead Resident-focused role with a real community vibe Your Mission: You’ll be the heartbeat of the development—leading your team, supporting residents, and keeping everything running like clockwork. From maintenance coordination to managing move-ins and resolving queries, you’ll be front and centre, making life better for everyone who calls this place home.
