The role: We're looking for a top-tier salesperson eager to do more than just close deals. You'll start by mastering the product and process, then quickly move into shaping, scaling, and leading a high-performing sales team across global markets. Who You Are A confident, ambitious sales professional with 3-5 years' success in high-performance environments Entrepreneurial and proactive - ready to lead, even if you haven't managed a team yet Eager to grow beyond targets and build something meaningful Great with people - from closing deals to mentoring others What You'll Do (Now) Deliver engaging demos to dental and cosmetic clinics, showcasing the platform's impact Manage the full sales cycle: follow-ups, objections, closing, onboarding Refine messaging and sales tactics as you go Build strong relationships with prospects and partners Learn the full journey with leadership support What You'll Do (Soon) Take ownership of the sales process and training materials Build scalable commission frameworks Recruit and lead a high-performing sales team across regions and brands Collaborate across departments to improve the customer journey What You Bring 3 years in sales or business development A mindset focused on growth, systems, and leadership Strong communication and presentation skills Proven success in demos, objection handling, and closing Experience in dental, SaaS, or aesthetics is a plus (but not required) What Our Client Offers £35,000-£40,000 base salary Uncapped commission (realistic Year 1 earnings: £58,000) Year 2 earning potential: £100,000 Clear path to management and leadership Opportunity to shape the sales team and culture in a fast-growing, founder-led business Access to industry events, coaching, and real career development Apply below today if have the relevant experience and skills!
