You’ll be at the centre of it all — overseeing the smooth daily running of the building, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring every client enjoys flawless service in a beautiful, boutique setting. Lead day-to-day centre operations including front-of-house, facilities, and client services Manage, coach, and motivate your team to consistently exceed expectations Build strong relationships with clients and act as their go-to person for support and solutions Ensure the space is always impeccably presented and running efficiently Take ownership of budgets, supplier management, and compliance with health & safety standards Collaborate with internal teams to deliver luxury, service-led experiences Troubleshoot and resolve issues with confidence and speed — always putting the client first Your Skills and DNA Previous experience in a management or senior customer-facing role (Premium luxury hospitality or Luxury hotels). Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills. Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail and service delivery. Comfortable working under pressure and solving problems on the go.
