THE ROLE This role focuses on evaluating and optimising the company’s Martech stack, including data infrastructure, AI-driven segmentation, and CRM strategy, with a key project centered on migrating and enhancing their VIP clientelling platform (VO2). You'll support the migration of their Customer Data Platform (CDP) to Zeta, overseeing data management, testing, campaign migration, and improving CRM data quality. The role also involves mapping data flows, defining KPIs, supporting governance frameworks, and helping bring marketing campaigns to life through a new integrated CDP and ESP system.
