CRM Technical Manager Burton Upon Trent - 1/2 days in office Up to £60,000 A UK-leading hospitality company is seeking a CRM Technical Manager to join the team! THE ROLE This role will join the growing CRM team which sits as a centralised function for the business working across a range of their brands. You will manage 2 CRM Developers and be responsible for the adoption and evelvation of the Braze plaform in CRM. This role will look to take enhance the use of the platform, driving its abilities to hit commercial uplifts. You will work closely with a range of stakeholders across the business to champion and influence continuious improvement.
