Job Description
Job Title: Engagement Project Manager Reporting to: Directors About The Role: This role’s for a super-organised, playful and proactive soul with a laser eye for detail, serious logistical smarts, and the knack for designing and delivering engagement programmes for some of the world’s biggest brands. Designing means bringing drop-dead ideas to the table. Your creative brain will be your superpower here. Delivering means making sure everything lands in the right place, at the right time, for the right price – keeping our clients happy with the cost, and our FD happy with the margin. You’ll help design a jam-packed programme of employee engagement experiences – often tied to global cultural or landmark sporting dates – and help make sure they get rolled out across our clients’ UK sites, event-in-a-box style. In a nutshell, what that means is you’ll Dream up ideas that knock our clients’ socks off. And then some. Dropping ideas that make our clients wonder how they ever lived without us. Know exactly where (and how) to source every funky element that brings Gustaf’s engagement experiences to life. Keep our supply chain partners delivering on time. If you can sweet-talk them into delivering early, even better. Back yourself to get delivery notes signed off on time. It’s not always plain sailing, but you’ll have the tenacity to get every consignment where it needs to be.
