I have partnered with a leading provider of Student Homes whose ambitious growth plans over the next 5 years has lead to an opportunity within their Development team for a Commercial Manager. With projects ranging typically from 300-1000 beds you’ll be getting your teeth stuck into some sizeable schemes in urban locations across the UK. The role will range from providing cost advice on the assessment of new development opportunities and managing risk for funding, responsibility for current schemes on site, forming relationships with consultants and contractors as well as supporting the design and planning team. This is an opportunity to work for an incredibly well backed, household name in the world of student accommodation and would suit a Quantity Surveyor with some experience within the PSBA, BTR, Co-living or Hotels space.
