The Role As Sales Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for new leads, responsible for: Conducting discovery calls and closing deals with property owners and partners. Managing and nurturing a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads. Working closely with marketing to create and refine lead generation strategies. Leading local outreach initiatives—networking events, cold calling, CSR campaigns, and more. Collaborating with your assistant to organise meetings, follow-ups, and prospecting campaigns. ✅ What We’re Looking For Proven track record in sales and relationship management. Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills. Marketing and business development experience. Hospitality or property industry experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
