Architectural Technologist – St James’s, London Up to £50,000 annual bonus & full benefits High-end residential hospitality focus Fully office-based, flexible hours Join a RIBA-chartered design practice in central London, known for its beautifully detailed work across luxury homes, listed buildings, and international resorts. You'll be working through RIBA stages 4 & 5 on a mix of refurb and new-build projects in the UK and abroad. ️ What you’ll do Produce detailed and technical designs Coordinate with consultants site teams Create tender construction packs incl. NBS specs Attend site inspections manage technical queries Report to senior architects and directors What you’ll need 5 years’ post-qualification experience 3 years’ UK project experience Background in high-end resi or luxury hospitality Strong detailing skills (traditional preferred) Knowledge of Vectorworks ideal (but not essential) Solid grasp of UK building regs site experience Fluent written and spoken English What you’ll get Up to £50K annual bonus 21–25 days holiday bank hols Critical illness, BUPA cashback, life insurance Company pension scheme Monthly team dinners (on the house) Fully office-based with flexible working hours
