Advising on joint ventures, co-investment structures, public and private fundraisings, and management agreements. Working with high-profile clients in the real estate, hotels, hospitality, and private wealth sectors. Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial documents with and without precedents. Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to client relationship management. The Person: Solid knowledge of the real estate sector and strong commercial acumen. Experience with hotel management agreements, franchising, and incentivisation structures. Excellent technical skills and a proven ability to take principal associate responsibility on transactions. A collaborative team player with experience supervising trainees and junior lawyers. Motivated by professional development and building long-term client relationships.
