Job Details Job Location: Dallas Campus - Dallas, TX Position Type: Part Time Hourly Non Exempt Salary Range: $14.00 - $15.00 Hourly Job Category: On Campus Description The On-Call Guest Room Cleaning Assistant for DTS Housing plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, prospective residents, staff, faculty, and other guests who stay in our Campus Housing Guest Rooms. The ideal candidate is flexible, self-motivated, and committed to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. Duties/Responsibilities: * Clean guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, and common areas, according to established standards. * Replenish guest room supplies, such as toiletries, towels, and linens. * Ensure proper handling and care of cleaning equipment and supplies. * Respond promptly to on-call requests for cleaning services, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Inspect rooms for damages or maintenance needs and report findings to the appropriate department. * Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times. * Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with guests and staff. * Collaborates with other Housing team members to ensure an incomparable customer experience * Other duties as assigned Commitments Unique to the Position: * Must select a course schedule that is conducive to the requirements of the role (approved by Supervisor) * Work weekends as needed Qualifications The Guest Room Cleaning Assistant for DTS Housing plays an essential role in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our residents, prospective residents, staff, faculty, and other guests who stay in our Campus Housing Guest Rooms.
