As a server at our unique establishment, you will provide outstanding hospitality in a high-volume, fast-paced bar and restaurant environment while enhancing our dueling piano experience by engaging with guests through clapping, singing along, and enjoying the show. Key Responsibilities : Deliver exceptional service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing a welcoming and entertaining guest experience. Actively participate in the lively environment by clapping, singing along, and interacting with guests to enhance their enjoyment of the dueling piano show. Manage multiple tables efficiently in a high-volume setting while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow. Work additional shifts during private events and special seasonal occasions as scheduled. Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff. Qualifications : Experience : Prior experience in high-volume, fast-paced bar and restaurant environments is highly encouraged. Personality : Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable engaging with guests in a lively and entertaining atmosphere. Transportation : Must have reliable transportation to and from work. Availability : Fridays and Saturdays are required, along with flexibility for additional shifts during peak event periods. Skills : Strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude under pressure. Compensation : Minimum wage for tipped servers in Michigan plus tips. The pay ceiling is high for individuals who excel in service and entertainment based on tips from strong sales.
