You will play a key role in supporting the shop leader, assisting barbers and stylists in growing their skills in cuts, colors, and shaves, and ensuring smooth shop operations. As an Assistant Shop Lead, you will partner with the Shop Leader to maintain high standards and provide support to the team. Your daily responsibilities will include mentoring barbers and stylists, assisting with recruiting efforts, and managing essential shop operations such as inventory, purchase orders, and month-end reporting. You will also remain active behind the chair, ensuring clients receive the high-quality service that Floyd's Barbershop is known for.
