Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Manage all F&B service operations across breakfast, lunch, and dinner Lead front-of-house teams with training, scheduling, and quality control Maintain top-tier service standards and guest relations Oversee stock levels, supplier coordination, and cost control Collaborate with the Head Chef on menus, specials, and guest experience planning Uphold hygiene, safety, and brand standards What Were Looking For: Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 5-star lodge or hotel Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Deep knowledge of fine dining, wine pairing, and service excellence A team player with a calm, polished, and professional demeanor Willingness to live in a small-town environment with a close-knit team Whats on Offer: Competitive salary (based on experience) On-site accommodation included Work within one of South Africas top luxury hospitality properties A peaceful setting with excellent work-life balance
