Position Summary: The ratio on CVU is 4:1 unless patient acuity dictates otherwise, then it may be 3:1. Patient Care : Administering medications and performing assessments. Emergency Response : Acting on telemetry alerts for potential issues. Patient Education : Informing patients about heart health and monitoring. Team Collaboration : Working with doctors and specialists on care plans. Required Qualifications: Active, unrestricted certification/licensure as an RN in California State.
