The Head Chef will be providing fresh food standards across a restaurant setting, including lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. To manage, train and develop an enthusiastic stable team of 8 The Head Chef will be developing the menus to drive local trade Compliance forms a big part of the role so the Head Chef will have accountability from a H&S perspective. The Requirements A strong individual with a gastro pub/restaurant or hotel background. This role could suit an existing Senior Sous Chef looking for his first Head Chef role. Passionate individual who relishes developing their team, including apprentices. Self-starter with high quality service standards.
