Care Home Head Chef - Care Home Setting, Colchester Salary: £32,500 per annum Mon - Fri 40 hours Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Chef Manager to lead and motivate a team of 5 within our care home in Colchester. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, home-cooked meals using fresh ingredients, catering to a diverse range of dietary needs and preferences. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week across various shifts to meet the needs of the service.
