What Were Looking For Youll be the right hand to our Head Chef, helping run the day-to-day while also thinking big. We want someone who cares deeply about the team, the product, and the culture. Standards-Driven: You set the bar and dont drop it. From mise en place to service, your section is spotless, your prep is perfect, and you keep calm under pressure. Food-Focused: You love feeding people properly. Big, bold flavours. Food with soul. You respect the classics but youre not afraid to play. Creative Contributor: Youll be involved in dish development and tastings we want your voice in the room. If youve got ideas, bring them. Leader & Trainer: You take responsibility for growing others.
