Senior Merchandising Manager

Elite have partnered with a luxury hospitality group, seeking an experienced Senior Merchandising Manager to join the team. As Senior Merchandising Manager you will lead the retail merchandising strategy across physical and digital stores, ensuring their curated range of food, home, wellness, and lifestyle products delivers both exceptional guest experience and commercial success. What You’ll Do: Own and execute the end-to-end merchandising strategy across all retail categories Optimise stock levels, pricing, and product mix using data-led insights Lead seasonal planning, product launches, and range reviews with the buying team Elevate visual merchandising in line with the group’s luxury aesthetic Collaborate with marketing, retail, and e-commerce to drive multi-channel growth Manage and mentor a small merchandising team What You’ll Bring: 5 years in a senior merchandising role within luxury, lifestyle, or hospitality-led retail Strong analytical skills and experience managing WSSI, forecasts, and stock flow Commercial acumen and creative flair, with a customer-first mindset Experience working across both bricks-and-mortar and e-commerce channels Passion for quality, provenance, and storytelling through product If you are experienced Merchandising Manager ready for your next challenge, apply today!
