This Georgian townhouse, near New Bond Street, features discreet entrances and spans four floors with internal and external spaces. The house includes a ground-floor lounge, outdoor terrace, first-floor dining room, and second-floor event space. Our menu highlights seasonal ingredients, prepared on an open-fire grill, while our drinks list features timeless cocktails and martinis, offering a theatrical experience at the bar and table-side. The Role As the Sous Chef , your duties will include recruiting and training new employees, adhering to allergy procedure and food preferences as well as working with the Executive and Head Chef on developing new menu options. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will be the driving force behind the food offering making sure it is seasonal, relevant and appealing to our members and guests.
