The successful Senior Sous chef roles and responsibilities will include; Sound kitchen experience at minimum rosette level, Michelin level preferable. Clear passion for the industry and food. Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention to detail. Assist the Head Chef with menu development. Coaching and mentoring of junior chefs. Real ambition to succeed at the highest level.
