As Pastry Chef de Partie you will work with a team four in pastry producing all the hotels desserts, afternoon teas and baked goods. The Person The ideal Pastry Chef de partie will have the following: Previous experience as pastry chef de partie or demi chef de partie Hotel or restaurant experience beneficial Fresh food kitchen experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
