I have a wonderful Scottish relocation opportunity for a progressive Assistant Restaurant Manager - Based in a luxury 5 Star property in a beautiful rural part of the Highlands of Scotland This client believes in high end luxury and there beautiful hotel optimises that I'm keen to speak with Managers who have experience with Breakfast and Dinner service - who have full service backgrounds with strong attention to detail ideally you will come from a 4 or 5 Star Hotel background, and be experienced with staff training and development as well as helping manage the departments rota, stock and labour levels.
