Restaurant Manager - Lincolnshire - Excellent Opportunity Our client is recruiting a Restaurant Manager for their outstanding pub and restaurant near Stamford in Lincolnshire You will have full responsibility for the running of the restaurant and bar, staffing and maintaining first class service levels at the pub. The role is fully hands on and you will work the floor interacting with guests and staff daily to ensure outstanding guest experience. The pub is a long established business in the county which has a loyal customer base.This is an excellent career opportunity for an ambitious Manager. The working week is Thursday to Sunday with no service Sunday evening so 4 nights off per week. Salary & Benefits Basic Salary to £37k 4 day working week, 4 nights off Service around £3-4k plus bonus scheme Excellent Benefits, Meals Healthcare package Holidays The Role Responsible for all aspects of food and drinks service Dealing with all bookings queries Managing the front of house teams Training and developing the team Managing all financial aspects of the restaurant The Person Already working in a restaurant or dining pub as a Manager or Restaurant Manager A leader who constantly develops and coaches the team Ideally worked to AA rosette or michelin service standards Ability to offer an outstanding level of service in a relaxed manner Ambitious and looking for career opportunity Application .
