Hospitality Team Leader - Annual Salary: £29,000 - £30,000 Lancashire Location: Large Volume Leisure Facility Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Please note you must be eligible to work in the UK and be available for a face-to-face meeting We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Hospitality Team Leader to join our team at a bustling leisure facility. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about hospitality and possesses the skills to lead a team in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will be eligible to work in the UK and available for a face-to-face interview. A full DBS check and certificate are required. Day-to-day of the role: Connect with our guests using your excellent interpersonal skills to ensure a memorable experience. Inspire and lead your team with strong leadership abilities, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Confidently handle complex dietary and allergen requirements, ensuring all guest needs are met with precision. Maintain and uphold excellent food safety standards and procedures to ensure compliance and guest safety. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year's experience in a catering supervisory role. Level 3 or above qualification in Food Safety. Experience working with young people and supervising a team is a bonus, but not essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
