Our client is part of an international hotel brand, looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to be based in their exclusive London Hotel. The Property 4 star Hotel Branded property Managing 320 bedrooms Great Meeting & Event Space Reporting directly to the Commercial Team Benefits you will receive as Revenue Manager: Bonus 20% of base salary 28 days holiday incl bank holidays Healthcare Pension Group discounts Offering support & Development Hotel based The Revenue Manager will Review / forecast rooms business on a weekly basis Set strategy and create outputs which drive performance, short, medium and long term etc Manage all revenue streams and ensure achieving the highest level of revenue Provide leadership and direction to the Sales Team Maximise all sales opportunity's working hand in hand with the sales team Experience of Opera, OnQ, Ideas, Gro, Delphi etc would be an advantage. As Revenue Manager you will have Worked in a similar size property or a smaller property looking for that next step up Excellent commercial acumen Great man management, leadership and communication skills Great organisational, planning, numerical and analytical ability Be accountable and resilient Agility to respond to different work situations Great support from the Commercial Team A great role for the right candidate You must currently live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
