This is a hands-on role where you will develop your culinary skills while working alongside a team of talented chefs. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of your section, from food preparation to service, and will play a key role in maintaining the exceptional food standards the hotel is known for. Key Responsibilities: Manage your section within the kitchen, ensuring the smooth running of service Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in a timely manner Ensure that food hygiene standards are maintained at all times Assist with menu development and contribute ideas for seasonal dishes Train and mentor junior staff , offering guidance and support Ensure stock levels are maintained and assist with ordering and stock control Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in kitchen operations and overall management The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or restaurant environment A genuine passion for cooking with a focus on quality and creativity Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards The ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills A willingness to learn and grow within a professional kitchen This is a great opportunity for an aspiring Chef de Partie to develop their career in a dynamic hotel kitchen .
