Estimator (Remote)-General Construction

Self-perform some trades which is where this position comes in needing an experienced, qualified estimator specifically for metal (light gauge) and drywall projects. Some project types are offices, medical, hospitality, multifamily, etc. About the Position: The company is seeking an Estimator for the specific sub-trades of light gauge metal buildings and drywall. Requirements: Knowledge, experience and expertise in running full on-screen takeoffs of these sub-trades (metal and drywall). Project average $1M with larger ones in the $5-6M range.
