For a client in the Horeca sector, we are looking to recruit: FRONT OFFICE MANAGER (accommodation and board included) Luxury Resort - Vieste Responsibilities include: Supervision and coordination of the Front Office department; Managing and organizing work shifts for a team of about 20 staff; Training new hires; Assigning daily tasks related to Reception; Managing top clients and handling complaints; Monitoring service quality standards according to company guidelines. Required skills and qualities: At least 3 years of experience as a Front Office Manager in medium-large hotel chains or structures; Ability to handle critical situations and high workflow; Organizational and leadership skills; Proficiency in English at C1 level. Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, 6 days out of 7, shifts between 7:00 and 23:00. Contract details: Temporary contract of 8 months, with potential for permanent employment; Reference collective labor agreement: CCNL Turismo Pubblici esercizi; Salary and benefits: assessed based on seniority.
