Title and Summary Managing Consultant, Fraud SME Our Advisors & Consulting Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with strategic insights and recommendations. We serve a diverse global customer base across industries such as banking, payments, retail, and restaurants. Our services include managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving digital payments. Group Overview The group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Performance Analytics team translates data into insights, designing analytical solutions to support clients’ decision-making processes. Position Overview As a Managing Consultant and Fraud Management SME, you will be a trusted advisor, leading client engagements focused on payments fraud management. You will partner with Business Development to develop and pitch new opportunities leveraging Mastercard data and expertise. You will guide engagement teams to deliver insights and solutions, managing client relationships and project delivery to ensure value creation. Integrity: Upholds Mastercard’s values of honesty and integrity. Diverse Perspective: Brings unique skills or approaches to client engagements. Qualifications Undergraduate or master’s degree. Experience in payments Fraud management across various payment ecosystem players. Knowledge of Fraud management solutions, value chain, and ecosystem in issuing and acquiring environments. Additional experience in Authentication, Authorization, and Chargeback is a plus. Experience in consulting is advantageous. Experience managing multiple projects and teams. Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Effective communication skills in English. Ability to build relationships with clients at all levels. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
