Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role is a natural leader with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. They should have prior experience in event coordination or banquet setup within the hospitality industry, as well as the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. Physical stamina is essential, given the hands-on nature of the job, which often involves setting up banquet halls and maintaining cleanliness. Additionally, they should excel in problem-solving, ensuring that events run smoothly, and demonstrate a customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional service to clients and guests. Candidate Requirements: Prior experience in banquet setup, event coordination, or a similar role in the hospitality industry. A focus on delivering excellent service to guests and clients. Ability to address and resolve issues that may arise during events. Supervise and manage a team of housemen, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events. This is a live-out position
