Senior Sous chef required for a concept offering Pintxosdishes and produce from the Basque Country , this is a new opening, which will be opening later in 2025 in London. We are looking for Sous chef who will be creating the menu with the group Exec chef / Development chef. You will create some amazing dishes and produce , using authentic produce andbriningtheBasquecountry to London. £45-50k tips/service. This is a new opening, it is exciting to be part of this brand new concept from concept stage, menu development stage to opening stage. The role We are looking for a Senior sous chefto manage the day to day side of thePintxossection. You will manage a small team of chef de parties to ensure theBasque Country comes to life in London with a great range of Pintxosdishes . You will ensure the section prep is all done and ready for service, it is a open kitchen and the prep and cooking is doneinfrontof customers. This role will include all the standard Senior sous chef duties. Experience We are looking for a Senior souschef with a food understanding of Spanish produce, ideally Pintxos&Basque Country dishes, this is really important to understand Spanish meats &Pintxosconcept. You will also be able to run a small team, help develop the menu and the dishes.
